What is the cancellation policy?

More than 30 days out from the tour date

Tours that cancel 31+ days in ahead of schedule are eligible for a 75% refund.

Less than 30 days until the tour

Tours that cancel within 30 days of tour dates are not eligible for a refund but can be credited a gift card for future bookings. Contact us for further details.

How long do the tours typically last?

Tours usually range from 3 to 8 hours, depending on the itinerary. Some full-day tours may include multiple distillery visits and meals.

Do I need to be a bourbon expert to join a tour?

Not at all! Our tours cater to all levels of bourbon enthusiasts, from beginners to connoisseurs. Our guides will provide insights suitable for everyone.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably and consider the weather. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, as you may be walking around distillery grounds.
