My group and I had a phenomenal time with Top Tier Bourbon Tours over the course of three days of tours across bourbon country. Our guide shared his deep roots in the industry with us by showing us some of the nooks and crannies of the bourbon trail and helped us find some unique experiences that we'd never have found on our own. Had a great time with Frenchie on a bachelor party with a large group! Could not recommend any higher, was a great guy to be around, and would give additional stars if I could! His personal touch was checking in throughout the weekend to make sure we had recommendations and our whole trip was a blast!

Awesome day on the tour with John. He was on time and ready to go. His knowledge of the Bourbon industry was amazing. The entire experience provided by Top Tier Bourbon Tours was well organized and enjoyable. The itinerary was a perfect way of learning about Kentucky’s bourbon industry. We visited a wide range of historic bourbon sites and distilleries, it was definitely curated so that everyone can enjoy the experience. The transportation provided was great, very comfortable, spacious and made for a laid back experience. I had an absolutely amazing time and experience. Our tour guide John was very personable and helped me select a bourbon based on my preference's. The tour itself was immersive and gave a meaningful look into Louisville’s history. I really enjoyed a chance to see what the city has to offer and was impressed by the classy yet cozy tasting rooms and immaculately laid out lounges and gift shops. My favorite part was the tastings and seeing the bourbon barrels used in the production process. I highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for some sight seeing and bourbon tasting!

I had a wonderful experience with my coworkers! Jon was incredibly friendly and professional, doing an outstanding job as our guide throughout the tour. There were numerous opportunities to sample a variety of bourbons and whiskeys, which was enjoyable. We also had a delightful lunch in the middle of the tour. Top Tier doesnt even begin to explain how amazing of an experience they offer. Jon's depth of knowledge of the Bourbon industry is incredible and really increased the enjoyment factor. Not only did we enjoy the tour but we felt like we gained an education! This very much was a fun filled field trip for adults. Our group has been on many tours covering a vast array of industries and areas all across the country, and I can honestly say this was far and away the best. Recently did a 2 day bourbon trail tour with some buddies and had an absolute blast with Jon. The pre-visit discussions and emails were easy and he was quick to respond. Gave an itinerary before hand that was tweakable based on things we wanted to get to. Also offered up places to eat at for dinner. Prices were very reasonable and in-line if not better than every other place I looked at. On our weekend visiting, he was prompt to show up (and didn’t charge more that we were staying in Lexington and not Louisville) and he communicated very well. He was a genuine down to earth tour guide, hit the big facts, made scheduling the tours easy. Never rushed us but also when we finished some places early (ie didn’t hang around the gift shop too long) he was able to add on an extra place to go see and drink at the bar. If/when we go back, definitely plan to rebook with him.

Jonathon was a great guide. His bourbon industry knowledge is spectacular and he is very attentive to your needs. He knows both the north and south trails. Done the north, will be back for the south.
